A Practice In Three Parts

I work in the part of the Palm Beach market that does not appear online. My background spans brokerage, development, finance, acquisitions, and new construction. I represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, advise on ground-up development, and develop, own, and operate property under my own name.


That position, on every side of the table, is what creates the access. Owners call me before they call a publicist. Developers bring me in before the renderings are finished. Buyers come to me when their search has stalled at the public listings, because the inventory I show them does not appear there.
