His background spans brokerage, development, finance, acquisitions, and new construction. He represents buyers and sellers, advises on ground-up development, and develops, owns, and operates property under his own name. That position, on every side of the table, is what creates the access. Sellers trust him with their most important transactions. Developers and investors bring him in early. And when a buyer's search has stalled, the inventory he can open up often is not found anywhere public.
Christopher works the Palm Beach market he calls home, where he lives with his wife Farrah, their son Wilder, and nine rescue animals. When he is not working, he is on a tennis court or golf course, traveling with family, or coaching his son's teams.
